Noah Ostroff

Noah Ostroff is a man on a mission: to help people live their ideal lives through real estate. As the founder and CEO of Center City Development, Noah has built over 550 units and developed more than $350 million in real estate across Philadelphia. His team specializes in the development, construction, sales, and rentals of some of Philly’s premier luxury residences—including Innovator Village, Lombard Estates, Rittenhouse Estates, Walnut Estates, Estates on 3rd, Millennial Village, and Garden Square.

Noah’s work with Center City Development laid the foundation for an even broader vision. He simultaneously founded Global Living, which houses brands such as PhillyLiving, JerseyLiving and FloridaLiving. Global Living has grown into one of the top-performing real estate teams in the country—with over $1.5 billion in closed sales and more than 4,000 homes sold.

In 2017, Global Living acquired The Philadelphia Apartment Company, the city’s largest residential rental brokerage, and in 2020, added one of Philadelphia’s largest property management firms, now rebranded as Philly Living Management Group, which manages more than 3,000 units. Noah has also expanded into New Jersey with JerseyLiving, and Florida with Florida Living.

Previously, Noah served as the Founder and Operating Partner of KW Philly from 2016 to 2022, now called KW Empower which has over 1,100 real estate agents. 
In 2021, he acquired six brokerages in the Tampa Bay area, totaling $3 BILLION in annual sales and $83 million in annual revenue.

Outside of real estate, Noah is committed to giving back. He founded the Philly Giving Foundation in 2014 and has donated multiple homes to charitable causes.

His mission is far from finished—he’s just getting started. With plans to scale his companies to over 1,000 employees, Noah is driven by one goal: helping people achieve their dream lifestyle through real estate.
