Kim comes to the PhillyLiving Team with 7+ years of conveyancing experience. As a Transaction Coordinator it is Kim’s job to ensure our agent’s deals run smoothly from contract to closing. Kim is originally from Philadelphia and attended school in Richmond, Virginia where half of her family lives. She is extremely close with her family and loves spending time with them. When she isn’t assisting with deals, you can find Kim traveling, reading, and learning new information and systems in real estate.
