Angela Desch joined the JerseyLiving team in September of 2023 as a Broker, Salesperson and Area Leader. She is in the top 1% of real estate agents in America and in the top 15% of agents worldwide. She has closed or assisted in closings for over 3,500 Real Estate transactions since 2001 including over 360 Million in sales dollars. She has been the recipient of numerous real estate awards including Realtor of the Year 2023 and the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award for Sales and Service from 2012 through 2024, the 5 STAR Professional award, and the Zillow 5 Star and Realtor.com 5 Star awards annually. Angela began her real estate career at Prudential Fox and Roach in Margate NJ, opened Avalar Atlantic Properties in 2009, and was most recently the Broker Manager at Coldwell Banker Argus Real Estate. She served on The Atlantic City & County Board of Realtors as President and offers real estate consultations and training locally.
Angela is a 32-year resident of Margate City and originally from Northeast Philly. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, dining with her Hubby, cheering at her son’s Ocean City High School football games, watching the Philadelphia Eagles, shopping with her daughter and singing at church. An avid beach fan, she hopes to see you there!
