About Maria

Maria Orengo joined the JerseyLiving team at KW JerseyShore in December of 2023. Her license was formerly with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach.

During the Summer of 1994, I fell in love with Margate and this spectacular shore life.

Like many, I rented a summer home with friends and quickly discovered the magic of living “down the shore.”

As a native Philadelphian, I decided to leave my favorite city and experience this coastal lifestyle year-round. In fact, as a single mother of two young girls, I took a leap of faith and made our home in this wonderful community.

Today, I’m thrilled to sell that shore dream!

Whether it’s the beach, bay or the nearby offshore towns, my no-nonsense approach and personalized service has resulted in award-winning sales and client acclaim.

With over thirty years of advertising/marketing experience and my in-depth knowledge of the shore market, I provide valuable expertise that’s second to none.
