With over 22 years of service at the Saginaw Police Department, she made history as one of the first and youngest female sergeants. Her hard work and commitment earned her numerous accolades, including a Life Saving Award. As the Sergeant in charge of Internal Affairs, she gained invaluable experience overseeing hiring, firing, and a variety of other operational aspects. After her law enforcement career, AJ shifted into education, where she served as the Assistant Dean of Discipline and Athletic Director at a charter school dedicated to supporting children with learning disabilities. She has always been driven to make a difference and nurture growth in others. A lifelong sports enthusiast, AJ is a proud supporter of all Michigan teams, from the Lions to the U of M Wolverines and the Tigers. Her passion for sports runs deep, having coached volleyball, basketball, and soccer. As a mother, she has shared this passion with her daughter, who earned a full-ride soccer scholarship to play in Canada. An avid lover of the outdoors, especially boating and the beach, AJ is also an avid reader and former bookstore owner. Four years ago, she made the move to Florida and hasn't looked back—saying goodbye to snow and embracing the Sunshine State’s beautiful weather. Now, AJ is excited to bring her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and client-first approach to real estate.
