Cynthia Thompson brings a lifetime of real estate insight and a deep connection to the local community. Her journey in real estate began with a successful 15-year career in the apartment industry, where she built a strong foundation in property management, customer service, and market knowledge.

After getting married, Cynthia and her husband built and now operate a thriving landscape and irrigation company, serving apartment communities, homeowners associations, and commercial clients throughout the Bay Area. This experience has strengthened her understanding of property value, curb appeal, and the importance of building lasting relationships.

Having raised five children in the Brandon area, Cynthia has had the privilege of watching the community grow and evolve over the past 20+ years. That firsthand knowledge allows her to guide her clients with both professional expertise and personal insight.

Cynthia finds true joy in helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams, whether they are buying, selling, or investing.
