David Krieger

David Krieger has served as the Chief Executive Officer of GlobalLiving Companies since January 1, 2024, where he leads the organization's vision, growth strategy, and day-to-day operations across its expanding portfolio of real estate brands. Under his leadership, GlobalLiving continues to focus on delivering exceptional client experiences, empowering agents, and driving innovation throughout the real estate industry.

Prior to becoming CEO, David joined the JerseyLiving Team at Keller Williams Jersey Shore in 2023 as Chief Growth Officer, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the organization through strategic recruiting and business development initiatives.

Before joining GlobalLiving, David served as President of Coldwell Banker Realty for Philadelphia and Central Pennsylvania from 2015 to 2022, overseeing the operations of 22 real estate offices and supporting more than 1,700 independent real estate agents. He also served as Broker of Record for Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, providing oversight for more than 25,000 real estate transactions annually.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the real estate industry, David has held numerous executive and brokerage leadership positions. He has served on the Board of Directors for the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS®. In 2022, he was elected to the Boards of Directors for both the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, helping shape policy and advocate for the real estate profession at both the state and national levels.

Outside of real estate, David is an avid endurance athlete who has completed numerous races, including the Philadelphia Marathon and the Ironman triathlon. He also enjoys skiing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
