Matty joined Global Living in 2025 as Marketing Manager, bringing over seven years of experience blending brand strategy, community engagement, and operations across the fitness and lifestyle industries. His work at Global Living centers on developing vibrant, integrated campaigns and strategies that elevate the brand across every platform and team.

Before stepping into the world of real estate, Matty made his mark at City Fitness, Lululemon, and most recently as Community Marketing and Experience Manager at Barry’s Bootcamp. There, he led multiple national brand awareness campaigns that deepened community engagement and drove new client acquisition—efforts that helped him and his team to earn Philly Magazine’s “Best Gym in Philadelphia.”
Fueled by a passion for storytelling and building strong, authentic communities, Matty brings a fresh, curious perspective to real estate marketing. He’s endlessly open to new, innovative ideas, always eager to learn, and thrives in collaborative, high-energy teams where creativity, growth, and laughter go hand in hand. As a proud member of Rittenhouse Row (part of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce), he stays actively engaged in the pulse of the community.
Born and raised in the Greater Philadelphia Area, Matty rarely misses a chance to cheer on the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. And when he’s not working on the next big idea, you can find him at the gym (and the occasional HIIT or Pilates class), hitting up live concerts, or hanging out with friends, family, and relaxing with his dog, Hank.
