Sophie Nichols is a dedicated real estate professional who brings a thoughtful, client first approach to every transaction. With a background in management and marketing, she earned her B.A. from Hood College and applies those skills to help her clients navigate the market with clarity and confidence.

Sophie’s passion for the industry is deeply rooted. Having experienced frequent moves firsthand, she understands how important trust, clear communication, and strong guidance are during major life transitions. She is especially passionate about assisting military families with buying or renting, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.

Clients often appreciate Sophie’s strong communication, sense of urgency, and commitment to follow-through. She approaches every situation with a tenacious mindset, always advocating for her clients’ best interests while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. To Sophie, building trust and providing reliable guidance are at the core of every successful client relationship.

Outside of real estate, Sophie is a personal trainer and group fitness coach. She finds the same fulfillment in coaching as she does in real estate; helping people set goals, stay motivated, and achieve meaningful results.
